Delete your SiDomino account
This page explains how to delete your account in SiDomino, the dominoes game for iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Mac, developed by Leurys Feliz. Deleting an account is free and takes effect right away. Questions: privacy@sidomino.com.
Do you have an account?
Playing offline (against the computer, Practice, the Score tab and your settings) needs no account. A guest account, with no email, is created only when you open an online table. You have an email account only if you signed in with your email address in Settings.
Delete it in the app
This works for guest accounts and email accounts.
- Open SiDomino.
- Go to Settings, then Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Delete it on this page
This works for accounts that have an email linked.
- Enter the email linked to your account in the form at the end of this page.
- We send a 6-digit code to that email. It lasts 10 minutes.
- Enter the code and confirm.
The account is deleted right away.
Delete it by email
Write to privacy@sidomino.com from the email linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days.
Guest accounts
A guest account has no email, so we can't confirm that it's yours from this page or by email. Delete it from the app. If you no longer have the app, the guest account is deleted automatically after 180 days unused.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete immediately:
- the account and its random id
- your display name, language and account type
- your linked email address
- your devices (platform, model, app version, sign-in times)
- your sign-in sessions
What is kept, and for how long
- A deletion record: a one-way hash of the account's id and the date it was deleted. We keep it indefinitely, only to prove that the deletion happened. It contains no personal data.
- Provider logs: our hosting providers (Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare) may keep standard server logs, which they delete under their own retention periods.
Nothing else about the account is kept. Online rooms are already forgotten after 6 idle hours, and voice is never recorded.
Data on your device
Game data stored only on your device, such as your settings and the Score tab's scores, is never sent to us. Deleting your account doesn't remove it. Uninstalling SiDomino removes everything the app kept on the device.
